I am new to this and  cant find where to edit my meta tags on index.template.php.

There is no reference to meta tags on the file.

how do i get to the source file on hxxp:forum.saoutdoors.co.za/index.php [nonactive] ?
Hope someone can help me.

The meta tags are in the file Owdy mentioned.

   <meta name="description" content="', $context['page_title'], '" />
   <meta name="keywords" content="PHP, MySQL, bulletin, board, free, open, source, smf, simple, machines, forum" />
