[SOLVED] Error ... plz help

i get this at the forum index:

Its not a new installation i have had the forum running for a few weeks. without any problems, but now i get that on the index.

where should i be able to find 'smf_sessions.MYD'?

Run

REPAIR TABLE smf_sessions

through phpmyadmin

I also get this problem Yea that fixes it, but then 3 or 4 days later it come sback the ammount of times ive had to repair the table is going over 50 times now over the past 4 months...

Is there a known cause for this, and why it happens, or maybe a proper fix?

If anyone can help id be very greatful, i have a large site about 12,100 users..

Or i was thinking maybe smf could actualy have the feature inside the index.php itself, so if there was  errors in the table becuase that sessions one seeem very popular for this problem, it fixes it...

There's an option in the settings to fix it automatically, but it doesn't always work.
