Attachments message for the unregistered

How can i show a message next to an attachment to an unregistered user? Example from an vbulletin forum

One more question... till now, guest have seen the name of the attached files. It's possible to show the name of the attachment and message to the guest?
Example: "019.jpg Only reg users may see the attached files. Please register/login".
