Предлагаю администраторам (или участникам)
немодерируемых форумов на программе SMF 1.1
(прежде чем замкнуться на своих форумах)
размещать в этой ~приоритетной~ теме сведения о своих форумах,
занимая по одному указующему сообщению на форум.
Например:

- Url-адрес форума
- Ссылка на отдельную тему, посвященную форуму
- Тематическая направленность форума
- Наличие публичных разделов на общие темы
  (~Обо всём на свете~)
- Ссылки на правила и позицию администрации
  в отношении к режиму модерации
- Особенности набора технических возможностей
- Текст приглашения (или манифест)
- Прочее
