phpBB 2.21 to SMF 1.1.2 Converter Issue

Hi,

I've already downloaded the latest (I think) phpBB to SMF converter (it states 2.19+). I get a lot of errors, and it seems these are not common. ??  I have searched the forum and can't find anything on it. The forum has a whole 13 users on it, but the info contained therein wants to be kept. The errors are as follows.

right at the bottom it says "Conversion Complete". It is not (nothing happens).
