Active Topics Shown on Menu

I am hosting a forum at hxxp:www.harmoni-my.org/forum [nonactive] (it is in Malay language - SMF 1.1.2). My forumers suggested me to have an Active Topics to be displayed at the Menu Bar.

Is there any mod that shown Active Topics as Menu. May be by visiting
hxxp:www.dkoontz.com/forum/default.asp [nonactive] (web wiz) you know what I am talking about.
