Corrupt or not compatible error when trying to upgrade to 1.1.3

[Rubyforlife]

SMF Version: SMF 1.1.2
I went into the package manager to attempt to install 1.1.3, I clicked the link and recieved this error:
"An Error Has Occurred!
The package you are trying to download or install is either corrupt or not compatible with this version of SMF."

I'm using 1.1.2, I have no mods installed but I have a few themes (each based of the default theme)

I have no idea what's causing this...can anyone help?

Edit: This is okay now I tried again a couple of minutes later and it seemed fine.  I had the usual problem with the temp folder disappearing but I got there
