Changeing realName value with value from smf_theme table

Hello.
I have just installed customField mod for SMF.
I am using it to get users to enter real name.
Now I need a script in php that replace realName value from smf_member table with a value from value in smf_theme table.

A similar code has to be used in changing profile information.

I belive that I need to put php code in Register.php and Profile.php files in Source Directory, but I am not 100% sure.

Any one can help?
