MySQL question

SMF Version: SMF 1.1.3
I just received notice that my host is going to be upgrading to MySQL 5.0.32 and was told to make sure it's compatible with my software. So, I'm assuming it is compatible, but thought I'd throw the question out there. Do I even need to be concerned with this?

MySQL 3.23.4 or higher.
