Any chance a Xbox 360 Gamertag Leaderboard could be made?

This is a feature my members are requesting after previous success on VB.

You see example at:
http://www.planetside-universe.com/forums/gxboxlive.php

And the actaul script at VB, in which I doubt the author of the modification would mind having it converted, if somebody would care to try (just let him know). In his copyright part on the post it says his email.

It's been awhile so hopefully I don't get in trouble for bringing this back to life.

Just wondering if anybody would care to take a stab at converting the above modifcation, or creating one?
