The code between the </body> tag and </html> tag is the issue.  Where did you add this on your board?

</body>
</noscript>
<div style="text-align: center;"><div style="position:relative; top:0; width: 468px; height: 63px; margin-right:auto;margin-left:auto; z-index:99999">
<!-- BEGIN STANDARD TAG - 468 x 60 - ifastnet.com: Run-of-site - DO NOT MODIFY -->
<IFRAME FRAMEBORDER=0 MARGINWIDTH=0 MARGINHEIGHT=0
SCROLLING=NO WIDTH=468 HEIGHT=60
SRC="http://adserving.cpxinteractive.com/st?ad_type=iframe&ad_size=468x60&section=200773"></IFRAME>
<!-- END TAG -->
</div></div></html>

Then I'll bet that code is added by your host.  I'd look for a new one, or get a paid host.  There are plenty of inexpensive ones.

Seems like it are forced ads.
They often break SMF completly, so you're lucky it's only the preview :P
But like Matt said, if you switch to a paid host (or ad least an ad-free host), it'll probably work fine.

Try looking for a new host on WHT (PAID), FreeWHT (FREE) or on our board: Hosts and Hosting (free and paid)

                              I recommend:
Namecheap (domains)
Fastmail (e-mail)
Linode (VPS)
