who needs chat? videoconference now!

We are in the 2004, 1Gbit intranets, huge adsl's, 3+ghz processors, 1terabyte disk arrays!!!
So let's ask accordingly for a videoconference mod! Shoutboxes are nice for time independent chats, lower priority communication, chatrooms are nice for informal/blind_dates. Why not a videoconference?
