how to change the "Posts" text

Hi Friends,
I have a simple question. Is there any way I can change the "Posts" text to something else eg "Threads".

For eg, below every profile we see something like:
Posts: 100

I would like it to say instead
Threads: 100

Can someone please tell me how to accomplish this.

IIRC, its in /Themes/themename/languages/index.english.php where themename is the theme name if it has its own lanaguages folder.  If not, user /default/

Change Posts to Threads, save, upload.

Hi Metallica,
I tried that but it didn't worked. I am using the default SMF theme and was able to find that text and replace it, but its still showing "Posts"...

Any clues???
