random topic show between posts to attract attention and attendence

I had seen this feature on another forum which was not powered by SMF.

If you can't understand, let me explain it to you: when visitors read one topic, between every two continuous posts, just under the firts post's signature and above the next post top, there will show an extra line, the content is a link to random topic  but not current one from all over the forum, of course the topic subject was used as the link text, maybe the link color can be customised at backend to make it different from background color and more attractive.

This random topic show will attract reader's attention, and let them click once more to open a new page to read one more topic. where they will see random topic show again.

Maybe a person who decided to read one topic at last visited 10 topics because he can't refuse the seduction of those funny topics between posts.

How about this idea? If someone don't like it, you can meke it an option at admin panel to let the admin enable or disable it.
