Need help with forum posting error

I wiped out all of my forums and just want to use 1 forum for posting. After wiping them all out I started a new one. I went to post a new subject and when I clicked on the forum name I got this message:

You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ' 2, 66)' at line 3

Line: 102

Anyone know what I can do to correct this??
