When does the Final version of SMF come?

Because our Norwegian translater is "waiting" on the Final version. He will not make a Norwegian language pack on Rc1 or Rc2......

well i hope they make sure the lewis media site opens in a new window.   or beter yet configure it so when it checks it will approve it without target="_blank" and with targer="_blank" so its up to the site owner weather or not they open in a new window.
