Fake users

Hi all. I have a request that maybe will be interesting to most of forum owners. I have forum started on November (almost a year ago) and mostly there are up to ten active users at time. I would like to have at least 20 users active (it will be more interesting for new members) so I would like to have modification that will show "fake users"
online that are browsing forums.

Is something like that possible?

yes it is possible, you can use so called bots for this, but impov no good solution for your "prob".

Moved from Feature Requests to Mod Requests because 'fake users' sounds wholly inappropriate to the core feature set!

IMO wholly inappropriate to any decent forum.

If your board is not being as active as you would like, this is not the answer.
