No Activity E-mails

Is there a mod that can send out an automatic e-mail to a user when thier account hasn't had activity for "X" amount of time?

I havent seen one.

The problem with this making this mod, is that you can't really schedule tasks unless you have access to CRON.

I believe this will be very possible in 2.0 which has got better scheduling.
