Request for customize field to be added to registration page

Hi all, i've just started out using SMF on my new website and it occured to me that I would require them to enter additional information e.g. birthdate or even their optional AOL/MSN/YHM during registration.

However the current registration flow doesnt allow me to do this, appreciate if someone could check this out?
