News Posting Problem

Hi guys
My news program I use on my site is currently playing up.
We recently changed server, and since then, it won't let me post any letter next to a colon. This obviously rules out http:// which is a tremendous problem.
Any dieas on how I could get it working would be appreciated, and I can send you the files to look at if you need them.

What is the news program you are using? Is it custom coded? Are you using some of SMF's functions such as ssi_boardNews() in the script? Indeed if you post some code or attach your files you are using it may help us be able to help you.

There is a copy of my news thing in it's original state in a zip folder. Log on as anonymous to get it

Solved.
It was the Error 406 problem and mod_security.
