Two mod ideas

I don't know if there's any in development, and I did a couple of searches, and couldn't find anything. Anyways, I got two ideas here...

1) A PM Moderation mod - So the admin would be able to check and make sure that the TOS is not being violated (like harassing other members, etc.) I want my users to have the freedom to PM, but say someone got warned, I'd like to be able to moderate all pm's sent by them. It would also be helpful to moderate normal users to, because of the first reason I stated.

2) A Theme/Rank mod - Say I have one theme - Camo. And then I have another theme, Pirates. It would be cool if each theme could have it's own set of ranks, like Recuit in camo forums would be Land lover or something in Pirates. Administrator could be maybe General in Camo, but Cap'n in Pirates.

Let me know what you think. I can't program to save my life (I've tried many tutorials) and it'd have to be free (Tight budget). Please respond.

1. Users can't send viruses as you can't send attachments to other users.
I suppose they could if they were stupid enough to click on a dodgy link in the pm.

wow... i'm smart! I was doing a virus scan, and just posted virus by mistake. What I meant to say is to make sure that another member isn't being picked on, and that user is not doing anything about it. I'll edit my first post. i feel stuppid..

Users can already report a PM to the admins (using the link in the bottom right hand of the pm).

I can't see admins being allowed to look at Users Pm's (in fact I'm sure there is some topic I've read where smf won't allow it)

I guess I'll try my hand at this, after I convert an IPB mod. I'll use one of my references, hopefully that will help
