Looking for some help on a conversion

Hello, I am thinking about switching my forum hxxp:www.verbalbattle.com [nonactive] which is currently operating on Community Server to Simple Machines, however I can not find a converter do so. Does anyone know if one exist, and also if anyone is willing to do this for me, how much would you charge to do so.
