Mods installed? Is it messed up for you? Have you edited any files?

All themes same thing happens, just white and messed up

How about mods installed though? Mind providing a link to your forum?

I deleted the mods i installed today and nothing.

And which mods were those? The link you provided indicates at least the CSS file missing from your site. What exactly did you uninstall? Did you delete any files using FTP or something similar? This URL gives me some sort of hesitation:

Visual warning mod but i installed that ages ago, and i changes some of the images in my theme, like the stars and crowns but this happened a while ago to some people and i dont know if i even changed anything when it first appeared. Would upgrading to 2.0 do anything?

Based on this, there is some hope.

I wouldn't recommend moving to 2.0 if your 1.1.13 version isn't working correctly. I'm wondering if you could try to use repair_setting.php? Something just isn't right with your site.

What is repair_settings.php?

I used repair_settings.php i installed it to my root of file manager and then on my forums it did the security risk, i dont really know how to work the repair_settings.php do i just install it then it works automatically?

mashby

No it doesn't work automatically. You should upload it via FTP and go to it via a web browser and see what it will do for you. After it's done, you should remove it/delete it using FTP. At the moment, that file doesn't exist. Did you upload it, run it, and then delete it?

I installed repair into my root FTP, now what do i do?

While I could provide you the URL to say that it doesn't exist, is it in the public_html or www folder of your web server? Can you navigate to it using this as the URL replacing DOMAIN with what your domain is?
DOMAIN/repair_settings.php

What is interesting to me anyway is that this file:
http://factor-zero.net/Themes/mysticjade_1111/style.css?fin11
Doesn't really look to me to be the mystic jade stylesheet at least not according to how your menu is being generated. That CSS above is showing things like maintab_active_back, .maintab_active_last, .mirrortab_first, .mirrortab_back, .mirrortab_last, .mirrortab_active_first, .mirrortab_active_back which are menu styles for at least the default theme yet your menu is merely just a nicely styled <ul><li> construction contained in 2 divs with set IDs.

In your admin area, how many themes are listed in Themes and Layout>Themes and Settings?
