Approving posts on individual boards

I'm going to explain the situation, so if anyone can help me with this I'd greatly appreciate it.  I operate the Official Web Site for an entertainer.  We will be holding a live chat with her toward the middle of this month.  I'd like to set it up so that all posts on that board have to be approved before it gets seen by the public.  I've tried Grudges Post Moderation, but I can't find a way to set up this feature.  If this can't be done, is there a way to set it up so that "all" posts on "all" boards have to be approved temporarily?

Just one other minor question.  Forum time.  The time recently changed.  How do you change that?  Is it based off the server time?

It's based off the server time, yes.  As to the post moderation... I'm afraid I don't know.

You don't know if this is an option or didn't you understand the question.  I've seen previous posts about setting the forum to approve all posts before they're seen, but I'm not sure if I ever found an answer to this.
