Karma Posting Mod?

Could someone to make me a mod where like you're able to set how much karma will be deducted when posting in a certain board, and if they don't have enough it returns an error.

When posting? You want karma deducted when posting? I assume you meant when giving a negative karma rating, but I am not sure. Also, if who doesn't have enough? Care to explain how a user doesn't have enough karma?

Hmm.. well I guess for my needs I need it to deduct from positive karma.  Also I'm referring to the person who is currently logged in, and a user doesn't have enough karma is determined by taking away the negative from the positive and if that value is less than the amount you've specified to be "enough" then that's when it's not enough.

eg. assume I had 40 karma and to be able to post here i needed to have at least 20 karma, if i post here i'll have 20 karma left, if I had less than 20 I would get an error.
