htaccess / blocking ips question

This really isn't the right place but I don't see anywheres else to ask this...

I know how to block a wide range of ips in htaccess by "deny 128.27." which would block 128.27.0.0 - 128.27.255.255 but how do I block:

128.27.0.0 - 128.27.31.255

without doing 128.27.0. 128.27.1. 128.27.2. - any simpler way?  Thanks.
