How to restore backup

I made a backup, and I don't know how to use it to restor my forum..

To import go to your hosts phpMyAdmin -- Import -- Select your .sql saved backup.

It depends, how mb is your backup file and how did you make it?

Have a look at this tutorial that I have written on the subject as well. It will tell you how to restore your backup in different ways
