Mod Request: Previously attached images

One thing I like about VB is that when a user writes a response, and wants to attach something they can select it from a pop-up box of previously uploaded content. The user has their own 'gallery' of sorts that is viewable by everyone, new images uploaded into any post is added to that gallery. Very convenient and saves bandwidth.

Any ideas?
