Would the quote/quick edit bug (not loading) be caused by the server problems too?

Quick edit bug is slow server or timing out.

Well at least now I know it's not on my end, I've tried to download ubuntu 5-6 times now and it's stopped every time. I was starting to worry

We know about this.
Its an issue in configuration that we have yet to track down the exact cause of.
