cannot login as admin?

after finally getting the board up and running, i screwed up somewhere in the theme section and got the copyright error...

i ended up re-uploading everything to the server, but when i try to go to the admin panel, all i am drawing up is a blank page.

any ideas?


scratch that, now the page cannot be found.
what could i have done?

if you're getting a 404 error (page cannot be found), i would reccommend making sure everything was overwritten.  Make sure Settings.php doesn't get overwritten (to expedite this, use the upgrade package and just don't upload the upgrade.php or the sql files)
