Updated VB35 Converter

Converter, available on site, don't convert VB35 forum database to smf database correctly.

SMF don't understand bbtags as [COLOR="darkgreen"], he need tags such as [COLOR=darkgreen].

This update fix this problem by add line, what replace bad bbtags:

hxxp:www.landgraph.ru/my/vb35_2_smf112.zip [nonactive]
