Petition Mod

I would like a mod where:

• Any user can easily create a petition
• Any user or guest can sign the petition
• The option to remain anonymous
• Required E-mail and to check E-mail
• Being able to easily print the petition
• Admins being able to choose which member-groups can sign and or create petitions

I really would like such a mod for my website, and I'm sure many other people would use it.
