Approve DELETION of account

I just noticed that a poster (of my small messageboard)

had inadvertanly requested to be 'deleted'

we (admins/mods) now see at top left page
a notice awaiting approval (approval of deletion)

when you click on users summary page

it has place for MOD to approve deletion

there is no way to REJECT the appoval for deletion

how can we reject this request (for deletion)

i can
through admin panel>members>awaiting approval

but only if you have it set to that in the features and options menu
