Porblem sa znakovima

e ovako, bil je dosta sranja sa forumom...
nakon što sam sve sredio stavio 1.1.3 stari postovi nemaju čćšđž...
e sada haj to i nekako
al u novim postovima neče da prikaže znakove (ćčžšđ) nego ?

a probo sam i Windows-1250, UTF-8, i onaj ISO-88..

ako može pomoč

probao si u settings.php umjesto utf8 izmjeniti na windows-1250 ?

mjenjo sam u index.hrvatski.php 

ako gdje misliš u settings.php?

Na serveru imaš file settings.php u main directoriju foruma i tu promini language sa UTF-8 ili što već je na stari..

da gledo sam taj fajl, al u kojem dijelu koda

na samom kraju,piše nešto u stilu charcter encoding

ma rješio je admin tog foruma dok mene nije bilo
