how to change multiple folders permission with ssh

about 2000 folders need to have their permissions changed to 777
Not with a ftp software and not in cpanel
I want to change the permissions of all of them at once using SSH

Any suggestion will be very much appreciated.

chmod -R 777 /path/to/folder

all subdirectories and files will get 777 permissions
