Membership historical reports

Is there a way for me to generate a report that allows me to see how my membership has grown. Such as, I would love to see totals so I can demonstrate to my funders, show rate of membership growth, etc.

Additionally, I would like to do this by member group as well so I could see if my paid membership is growing at a faster/slower pace than my free membership.

If there is a mod that does this already, I would appreciate knowing where it is.
