TFF FORUM

Just converted one of my forums over from VB to SMF, everything went well.
I had a few niggly problems that I was working on, and I mistakenly deleted the SMF database  :( I deleted all the VB forum, but I still have the database for it, so I thought all I have to do is make a fresh install of SMF, and run the converter again, but it hasn't worked.
300+ members and 700+ posts missing.
Is there anything I can do? Thanks in advance

Did the second conversion process work without errors?

Didn't work? What's the problem? Give us any errors or something so we can help you out more.

If you fear that you lost the "good" database, see if your host has a backup that they can give you to check out.

TFF FORUM

I converted my VB forum to SMF, with no problems at all.
I then deleted all the VB files from my server, and the mistakenly deleted the new SMF database  - but not the old VB database.
So I thought I would do a fresh install of SMF, and try and run the converter again, but the converter is looking for the now none existent VB files.
So I now have a fresh, empty SMF forum, but I still have all the important stuff on the old VB database.
Is there any way this can be retrieved?
I will try and ask my host to see if I can get it back, but in the meantime is there anything I can do?
Thanks in advance

You don't have a copy of the VB files themselves? If you do, try uploading them back to the server.

Uploaded VB again, and it has worked! Thanks for your help.
