banlist not converted

nearly everything was converted from YaBB to SMF, and I'm very pleased. However, the ban list was not converted.

When I look at entering the ban list manually, (which I could do, with ban.txt from YaBB), it looks like a royal pain in the SMF GUI because it insists I add a separate "name" to each IP address, and, each can only be entered one at a time. (Trying multiple IPs in that space gave me an error)

I have a list of about 200 IP addresses - Is there a way to try to re-import ban.txt?
Alternatively, is there a more straightforward way of adding these 200 IPs to SMF's ban list, that isn't going to take me something like 5 hours of manual one-by-one adds?
