Central Repository Mod for Board owner's Affiliate codes

Instead of having each mod need the input of a board owner's various affiliate codes, referral IDs etc, would it be possible to have a centralised (one page) record for Admins that records the most common or popular ones - e.g. Adsense, Commission Junction, AuctionAds, ClixGalore, PayPal etc etc.
If not, how about a banner manager similar to the one in osCommerce where Admins can deposit all the html for their adverts grouped according to banner size and ad-scheme supplier.  Then position the banners in their theme templates using the size as the reference for where they should appear.
