Is there a mod that allows board sorting?

I mean a mod that would allow individual users choose how they want the boards to be organized personally for them.

Is there one existing, or could someone make one?

There isnt a mod afaik that can do it per user, although you've posted in the right place.
If someone takes an interest they might make one.

It mgiht just be morning. But do you mean like collapsing categories and stuff?

Example:
Board is laid out like this:
Sign Ups
Private Boards
Game Setup Boards
Battle Boards
Social Boards

A person wants it set up like this:
Battle Boards
Game Setup Boards
Private Boards
Socail Boards
Signup boards
