How do CM's get their 2.0 beta?

Hi, just wondering how I can get my smf 2.0 now that I'm in the  final hour of the 7 day period. Will it appear in my admin cp?

where you can upgrade to 2.0 beta1.1


Note: There is a limited amount of mods/themes that work with SMF2.0 and should not be used in a live environment unless if you are sure you know what you are doing.

You can if you want, but it isn't needed. When you upload the files, all files are replaced, thus all mods will be uninstalled anyway during the upgrade.

If you are upgrading you have to use FTP. You download a large upgrade.

That still does not mean all your mods will work for SMF2.0. Only about 35 mods work for SMF2.0 at the time.

You have to use FTP. The package manager type of update only works for minor updates (1.1.3 => 1.1.4).

Also don't forget to backup your data and files first. In case something goes wrong or you decide 2.0 is too buggy to use right now.
