[MOD REQ] User selectable section access

Similar in principle to the age/sex restriction modifications I've seen (example) I'm looking to have sections on my SMF forum that are adult orientated.

But I don't want it as a blanket if you're over a certain age you can see it, but more of a person will have an option in their profile to 'access adult section' that they have to select themselves and only then will see the section.

So the mod would be a select button in profile settings, and a check at board level for that option.  With that option to check defined at the board permissions level.  Just like a usergroup check.

I can see the various code in the example, so if someone is willing to at least give a rough idea of how to integrate this into the user profile settings. ie new section and selector, etc.

I doubt it vinnie, I long since gave up and haven't bothered to look into it myself either.

I'm not sure, I have to check, but if in SMF 2.0 you can have 'open' membergroups like phpBB has then that would perform the same service and no need for a mod.
