File Manager - Upload/Download

Hi,

Would really like to see a mod that allows registered users to upload files (List of max 5 files per upload session) to a specific folder, then all admin to create new folders and sub-folders for files to be moved to. Users can view/download from any 'approved' folder. Something like Win Explorer pehaps? Maybe even a limiter i.e. 3 files per day, per user, or 0 if users can download as much as they like.

Anyone like to write it? :-)

yeah i know.. i am running tinyportal now.. but its to complicated for the visitors i think.. need some thing simple.. like..

but intregrated in smf would be perfect for me.
