Using SMF 1.1.4, bridged with Joomla 1.0.12.

Recently noticed that some of my pages were coming up completely blank, and viewing the source of the HTML shows this error.  What's interesting is that a subsequent refresh (F5) will always load the page with no problems.

Warning:  main(/QueryString.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/public_html/forums/SSI.php on line 57

Fatal error:  main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/QueryString.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/public_html/forums/SSI.php on line 57

still getting this error intermittently...

Pages on your forum, or pages elsewhere?

This could be a bridge issue. In which case it would be best to post your issue there.

Error in the logs?

The errors occur elsewhere (not a forum page, and not my joomla frontpage either), I believe when it gets to the point where it's loading the recent topic modules perhaps. I haven't noticed anything specific in the forum error log but will keep an eye on it.

Can a mod move this into the Joomla Bridge support forum?

I just got the same error on my local test server which runs EasyPHP.

Still getting this error randomly or so it seems. What might be the cause for the sporadic errors?

What recent topics module are you using?
