Changing Karma ++ Button to a picture

Can anyone tell me how to change my Karma++ button to a picture that I have? Please and Thank you.

Although its not for 1.1.4, some people have got it working on 1.1.4. Including me.

Nah, I tried that, I got an error cannot find main or something like that.
Isn't there a script I can put into my footer that will replace the [Rep++] Button to a picture?
