Ban user from seeing another or their posts

This is kinda like an Ignore list but the opposite way around.

Sometime there are times where I would like to prevent a user from seeing what another user is doing or has posted.

This normally comes form a kind of "stalking" scenario

So if I could be able to prevent "problem poster" from seeing anything at all about "victim" that would be great.

Dont know if this would be of great use to other users but would be ONE handy tool for me.

I would prefer this to only be able to be set by a mod or admin though.
This way the victim could report "problem poster" and we could action it
