I would like to see an mod that lets users download files. With admin options to add categories and sub categories. and an option to save them to another directory on the localhost.

-Category 1
------------>Sub Category 1,1
------------>Sub Category 2,1
-Category 2
------------->Sub Category 1,2

and so on

TinyPortal has this feature. Have you checked them out?
It is probably the BIGGEST mod at smf but is not in the modsite right now. http://www.tinyportal.net

Most likely.

A good download mod, would have categories, sub categories, icons for categories and downloads, permissions for uploading, admin center, descriptions, screenshots, file sizes and limits (permissions?), and more!
But I basically just got all that stuff out of the tiny portal mod lol

Well, I see they gave a custom message. I am not sure if they have a download at this website - http://www.tinyportal.familjegodis.se/ (the temp website). If they don't, request that they add it or if someone could send you a copy of the mod.

Note: Tinyportal isn't just a download mod, it adds sidebars to your forum, it adds nifty things to your forum! I use it if you want to see an example. If you just want a download go for vbgamer.

Sorry. I click register and the only thing that happens is that it gives me a log in prompt. It would let let log. That's ok. Thanks for your help. Does any one have a mod available w/ a link.
