Category Permissions + Message

Hi,

Not entirely sure this is the right place. I'm looking for a mod that would hide Categories dependant on membergroup which I know exists but is there a way to still display the category description and a custom message such as:

"You need 5 posts or more to see this portion of the forum" or "You need to be in membergroup [X] or higher to see this portion of the forum"
