Question about RSS Feeds

Is there away to stream RSS feeds from outside sources into the forum?  For my forum, I would like to be able to stream feeds that are specific to the University of Nebraska sports teams.  I found the rss feeds themselves but have been unlucky at figuiring out how to incorporate them into the forum itself.
