I've discontinued this modification as I have merged it with my YouTube mod.

I've got a newer version coming in the next few minutes which I've redone based on my youtube mod.

In my testing, there is no whitespace.  Any inside the url tags will be ignored.

o Improved security of mod by denying script access (allowScriptAccess="never")
o Removes excess whitespace/carriage returns
o Fixed bug where youtube playlist bbcode was disabled it produced an invalid partial url
o Added support for when YouTube playlist & url bbcode tags are disabled to showing 'friendly alternative'
o Disables Youtube playlist for 'printer friendly' pages, showing a 'friendly alternative' instead.
o Fixed bug related to not escaping dots (.) in preg_match

Thats a normal youtube link.

Playlist links are different. (and you will note they use a P, rather than a V

No, I've done separate mods on purpose because playlists are completely different.

And board owners might not want both types on their forum.

It supports both types.

YouTube (normal links)
YouTube (playlist links)

wen a user puts 5 links the videos are placed behind other

and wen a user uses youtube playlist bbc code button the videos are placed in one screen with other four videos at right bar.

so there is already difference.

The Auto Embed Video Clips uses the same code from the YouTube playlist mod.

let us take a person for example
let him install both the mods

automatic video and playlist

now automatic video has no bbc button and playlist has bbc button

now a member of the site makes a post and puts five video links without bbc button so the videos are placed after each.

now again the member puts five links usind the playlist bbc button so the videos are placed like this



so there is no need to use the playlist video only

make the playlist video mod to be used with normal links too.

so wen the links are used the video is shown

and wen links are put in bbc code then the playlist type is shown.

this is very confusing wot I want is that

wen I put 5-6 video links without bbc button normal videos should be seen
and wen I put 5-6 videos with bbc button a playlist format should be seen automatically.

The mod does not convert normal links into a playlist.
YouTube produce the playlist links.
You can only use ONE playlist link with each youtube playlist bbcode.

I definately not plan on supporting both youtube/youtube playlist bbcode for both.  I plan to keep them very separate.
(one reason some people don't want playlist videos is because the ajax features with the rotating clips is very memory intensive)

If your using the Auto Embed video clips there isnt really a need to continue to use the youtube mods.

means youtube makes playlist links, I was not knowing. I thought any videos can be shown as a playlist with playlist mod.

now I understand.
